The Irving Arts Center is an art exhibit spanning 10 acres, located in Irving, Texas, that caters to all ages. The Irving Arts Center features four free galleries that are open to the public. This art center contains more than 91,500 square feet of performing and visual arts space, and this includes a 3,800-square-foot Main Gallery. The spectacular Main Gallery hosts more than 20 exhibits. The Irving Arts Center also hosts a variety of exhibits from regional and local artists, along with nationwide traveling shows from the Smithsonian Museum.

The Irving Convention Center holds conventions, exhibitions, meetings, and other events of all kinds. The facility uses as much natural light as possible in order to avoid the traditional convention center appearance. It is designed to resemble two boxes — stacked and rotated to create cantilevered corners — providing multiple, shaded outdoor areas for visitors. Much of the building is surrounded by glass for natural light and is curtained with a perforated copper façade for both a unique appearance and for the reduction of the consumption of energy.

Heritage House is a historical landmark in Dallas that allows anyone to step back in time at one of the oldest homes in the city. The Heritage House was built in 1912 by C.P. Schulze, the brother of the co-founder of Irving, Texas. This house is a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark and was opened for tours in 1975. The Heritage House offers visitors great, fun events, such as vintage fashion shows, speakers, tea events, and a back garden area known for Mary’s Playhouse.
